At Wireless Bluetooth Speakers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your device in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your recent order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the speaker in its original manufacturer packaging, including all charging cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
